Gentle guidance for your bespoke bouquet
Refresh the water every 1-2 days. Pure, clean water is the foundation of longevity.
Trim stems diagonally to allow for maximum surface area and optimal hydration.
Keep in a cool, shaded environment. Intense sun will accelerate the bloom's natural cycle.

We source the finest seasonal blooms matching your vibe and hand-deliver the arrangement.
Because each bouquet is a bespoke design involving fresh, perishable botanicals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. The moment your order is confirmed, we begin the curation process—securing specific, high-end stems specifically for your bouquet. This commitment to freshness and the artistic nature of our work means that all sales are final.
Every flower has a different lifespan—some are "fast" beauties, others are marathon runners. On average, your Draft will remain vibrant for 1-2 week, especially if you give them good care. To maximize its life, keep it out of direct sunlight and away from your fruit bowl, and change the water every 1-2 day.
When you select a specific bouquet style, our florists ensure the arrangement is crafted exactly as described, maintaining the precise floral varieties.
Alternatively, the magic of The Designer’s Draft is our commitment to the absolute best of the day. Because we source unique and seasonal stems, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific flower type (like a particular Peony or a specific shade of Dahlia) on any given day.
However, we love a challenge. At checkout, you can "Give Us the Muse." If you tell us, "She loves Red Roses" or "They adore wild, architectural textures," we will prioritize those elements if the quality meets our standards.
If there is a specific flower that causes an allergy (like Lilies or highly scented Hyacinths), please let us know in your notes. We will ensure your bouquet substitute with something equally stunning.
Every bouquet arrives in a temporary water source (a "wet pack") to keep the stems hydrated during their journey from our studio to your door. We recommend leaving the bouquet for first few hours in its signature gift wrap and take as much as photo to capture the moment! :)
When you are ready to display them, you can remove the packaging to let the stems dance in your vase. Even though we’ve already prepped them, giving the stems a quick 45° angle trim before placing them in fresh, room-temperature water will help them drink more efficiently.

Delivery is entirely complimentary. We believe the journey from our studio to your door is part of the art. Delivery is included in the price of all bouquets within our specified London zones.
